You should have at least 8 years of development experience and skilled at working in an Agile environment. This environment embraces a work from home policy; however, you must be local to the DFW area. During normal times, this company works a 9/80 work schedule with multiple days working from home and every other Friday off. You should also have excellent communication skills.
