If so, then we have an opportunity for you as part of Raytheon Technologies’ Enterprise Services.The Enterprise Services Communications and Advanced Media team is looking for an experiencedCreative Services Project Managerwith 6+ years of experience inmanaging complex projects in a high-volume creative services environment(agency or high-tech company.) This position requires cross-business, cross-function collaboration with an eye for details and process management. Additionally, this position requires close collaboration with communications, relationship management, creative design, graphic design, web development, video and event services to deliver digital creative solutions.The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, experienced, and highly skilled in managing the successful delivery of high visibility and complex projects, ensuring that project execution meets or exceeds the standards and key performance indicators (KPI) defined by project descriptions, scope and creative briefs.Possessing excellent organizational, interpersonal and service excellence skills; theCreative Services Project Managerwill serve as the primary point of contact with the consumer and key stakeholders leading the project from inception through to completion.The core responsibilities of the position include:Overseeing projects through all phases of creative development and helping drive them to a successful completion.Obtaining project team assignments, input and updating project details, scope, milestones and estimate into Service Request System and PM tools.Ensuring open and consistent lines of communication between project team, consumer(s) and stakeholder.Ensuring statement of work, estimates and creative briefs are complete and actionable with a clear understanding of project objectives and desired results for the project.Scheduling and facilitating project kick-off meetings as well as developing a regular meeting cadence.Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and contingency plans.Collaborating with consumers and project team to establish project milestones and ensuring consumer and team are kept up-to-date throughout lifecycle of project.Developing and delivering project cost estimates in consult with the creative team. Communicating scope, timing and/or budget changes with consumer. Regular monitoring and reporting of costs back to consumer.Establishing project file structure for project storage within our Library ServerAdvising and coaching consumers on department processes, standards, and policies.Orchestrating and managing reviews with consumer as well as project team.Helping remove logistical barriers to allow for smooth project development by creative team.Maintaining a positive, productive and cohesive work dynamic for the consumer and project team.Conducting project retrospectives (after action reviews) and measuring project effectiveness.Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience;Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) .Minimum of 6 years of professional experience successfully managing projects in a high-volume creative environment.Thorough understanding of creative and production work for range of deliverable types.Strong business acumen, process driven, detail-oriented organizational and interpersonal skills, resourceful and energetic, with strong communication (verbal and written) skills.Demonstrated skills as a critical thinker, with a proven ability to break down and understand complex issues quickly.Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and negotiate schedules with consumers.This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.170086Raytheon is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
