Market IntelligenceThe Role: Service Delivery Manager (SDM)The Team: Our team is responsible for overseeing the delivery of service for all Notice Manager and Loan Reference Data clients. We work directly with clients and teams internally such as operations, support, product, sales, and account managers to ensure that the clients services and data delivery are satisfactory. We are unique in the fact that we sit between the client and our company. There are times we have to advocate for the clients while putting pressure on the teams internally and vice versa.The Impact A SDM plays a vital role in boosting the user experience and ensuring a smooth delivery of service for our clients. The Service Delivery Management Program enables teams to be in a proactive seat with access to new tools/technology, improved processes, and expanded learning and development opportunities.What’s in it for you:

Responsibilities:
Serve as client advocates responsible for managing and strengthening the customer experience
Proactively monitor and produce metrics relating to client profiles to identify potential efficiencies in the delivery of service
Ensure that clients agree on contractual service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) and that we execute upon such expectations
Manage client-reported incidents by bringing together responsible parties and suggestions to provide the client with a resolution
Track the health of client relations utilizing the Service Delivery RAG in CMS
Implement initiatives relating to client delivery and educate the clients on best practices

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or related experience
Proficient in Excel
SQL experience not required but preferred
Soft Skills:
Problem solving & critical thinking
Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor
Time management & multitasking skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn

Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
