Lead/Senior Azure DeveloperLocation: DFW(Dallas Fort Worth) or Phoenix - Hybrid Role (3 days onsite 2 days remote)Duration: 6 months plusSummary: The most important trait for this individual to have is leadership and the ability to successfully manage and deliver with their team. Some other companies call this role an engineering manager. Along with leadership skills, this team member is skilled in backend Azure development and has strong relational database experience.

Must-Haves:• 4+ years of experience leading development teams• 4+ years in C# experience• 4+ years of cloud development experience • 3+ years supporting/building REST API's • 3+ years working with relational databases including handling schema changes, performance optimizations, etc.• Strong • Effective ability to communicate clearly regarding project and user story requirements with stakeholders and anticipate where issues may come up during feature development• Ability to understand system resource constraints and develop performant solutions• Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot software and system issues• Well-developed problem analysis and problem-solving techniques• Team player who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervisionNice-to-have: • Experience with Microsoft Azure• Experience leading globally-distributed development teams• Experience developing cloud-native (PaaS) solutions• Experience with NoSQL databases such Cassandra/DynamoDB/Cosmos.
