Job Duties:Deployment of IT Assets (laptops, desktops, printers, etc)Troubleshooting all hardware related issuesDeskside Software Support (Below are examples)Fix MS Office productivity Suite issues.Fix Outlook/Email IssuesFix Citrix related issues.Fix Security Software related issues.Ensure laptops are encrypted.Fix VDI related issues.Fix Telephone related issues.First Level Support NetworkingWi-Fi IssuesNetwork Connectivity ProblemsInternet Connectivity ProblemsTelephone System ProblemsFile SharesCabling ProblemsVPN Related IssuesOn-Site Vendor ManagementISP VendorsPrinter/Copier VendorsSeason Startup - Ensures all cottons sites are ready for the season.Hardware is operational.Hardware is updated.Site VisitsTravel to different sites to assist with Infrastructure projectsAssist with local office computer room maintenance (UPS, Racking, unracking)
