- Provides the execution and management of all activities related to automation for Secure Access and Secure Access and Federation Enablement (SAFE) teams.
- Provides the execution and management of all activities related to scripting for Secure Access and SAFE activities.
- Develops working relationships with peers across IAM, Information Security and with internal customers, collaborating to develop solutions and advance IAM lifecycle management
- Participate in efforts with Secure Access and SAFE for all activities related to and in support of process automation.
- Participate in efforts with Secure Access and SAFE for all activities related to and in support of Azure Devops.

- Knowledge and expertise in scripting languages such as Powershell, PERL, bash, VBScript, and Javascript
- Knowledge and expertise in tools such as PowerShell ISE, Visual Studio, PowerGUI, Powershell Plus, and VSCode
- Solid knowledge and expertise in AzureDevops, SharePoint, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills and the ability to work within tight timeframes
- Rapidly learn new and emerging technologies with ability to rapidly define engineering standards
- Keen insight and mindset to improve existing security solutions and services in use by partnering with IAM Architecture, IAM Service Owner, and Security Operations to drives automation and innovation across the security solutions supported.
- Technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions with an attention to detail and a security minded approach to solving problems
- Fundamental understanding of technologies with a keen eye for improvement while working to engineer new solutions.
- Ability to negotiate conflicts with technical issues and shifting priorities, work in a dynamic environment, collaborate across teams and with internal customers
- Flexible to work out of regular office hours to accommodate the team and organizational calls and meetings. Weekend or late-night work may occur during the project and early life cycle support phases.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an engineering role with demonstrated ability in scripting and automation
- Understanding of other technologies required to run a secure, enterprise level infrastructure that adhere to security best practices
- Excellent time management, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with external vendors and suppliers in the security industry
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows Operating Systems
- Experience in using Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process improvement frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a customer-focused demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
- Development experience with scripting tools as Windows Scripting and PowerShell
