Help Desk Analyst I

Description Robert Half is working with a rapidly expanding company in the Insurance industry, looking to permanent a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users. You will excel at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Dallas, Texas area and is a long-term contract / contract / temporary opportunity.Major responsibilities

Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements - Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

Azure Active Directory experience

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office 365

Zendesk experience preferred

General familiarity with Active Directory

Adeptness in Hardware Troubleshooting

Demonstrated knowledge of Intune

Comprehensive knowledge of AD Servers

Call Center Customer Service experience highly desired

Strong problem-solving skills

Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

IT support ticketing system experience desired

Understanding of basic networking concepts
