SCCM Deployment in Server Side Wintel trouble Shooting Technical Skills:
- Candidate with strong experience in Windows (2008 /12/16 and 2019 server) and PowerShell.
- Exposure and Understanding to SCCM configuration.
- Knowledge of SCCM modules e.g Application and Patch deployment module and server-side trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of basics of ITIL (incident, change and problem management).
- Working knowledge on VMware, Physical Hardware & Console (HP & Dell)
- Working knowledge of Networking, Storage.
- PowerShell experience
- Troubleshoot Wintel systems with remote technology such as iDRAC, ILO and RDP
- Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to Patching issues related to Windows servers, and applications
- Coordinate side efforts installations through SCCM as well as upgrades if necessary
- Isolate and diagnose common Wintel system problems related and document system events to ensure continuous functioning
- Knowledge in Microsoft Clustering
- Knowledge in Windows performance monitoring related tools and techniques
- Primarily responsible for Patch Management, Patching of servers & post troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Capable of analyzing and troubleshoot applications issues and implement break fixes as per defined SLA's and SOPs.
- Experience & functional knowledge on baking applications.
- Available on 24 x 7 basis in the event of emergencies and should be contactable after office hours
- Resolve technical issues by implementing break fix.
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Follow established ITIL processes for managing incidents, tasks and requests for changes
- Interact, co-ordinate with different teams and get the issue resolved on priority.
- Aggressive follow up, Updating the stakeholders on the status on priority issues by following proper escalation matrix
- Somebody who has at least 6 to 8 years of work experience in Windows Server administration.
- Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
- Certification: Windows Certification, ITIL, any other Technical certification.
