Jr. Software Engineer (TX)

Responsibilities -Collaborate with a team of IT and Investment professionals to set specifications for new applications-Write high quality source code to program complete applications with deadlines-Perform unit and integration testing before launch-Conduct functional and non-functional testing-Troubleshoot and debug applications-Evaluate Existing applications to reprogram and update and add new features Qualifications -Undergraduate or graduate degree in quantitative discipline (Computer Science or Engineering) with strong GPA-Three plus years of recent experience designing and building applications with preferred focus on financial applications development-Knowledgeable in relational database design and construction, including SQL/transact SQL and stored procedures-Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and follow through on tight deadlines in fast paced environment-Demonstrate analytic thinking and problem-solving capability under pressure-Approachable team player with solid communication and verbal skillsKeen attention to detail and time management skills Technical Skills Required: Expert knowledge of C#, SQL server/SybasePluses: Experience with AWS, Testing automation frameworks, Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python, React
