Attorney/Lawyer, Commercial Litigation

Description Robert Half is partnering with a Dallas, TX firm that is seeking an Attorney with COMMERCIAL LITIGATION experience for a 2-3 month contract to cover for a maternity leave. ResponsibilitiesAnswering and Serving discovery

Preparing and responding to motions

Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

Communicate with clients and the counsel for the other side

Analyze and summarize legal documents

Requirements - Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Detailed and have the ability work independently

Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

First-rate academic credentials and references

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

Licensed attorney

Commercial law experience preferred

Proficiency in Commercial Litigation

Insurance Defense Litigation experience desired

Foundational knowledge in litigation
