- Deploy, manage, monitor, and support all end-user devices throughout the enterprise, including desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones, scanners, printers, and video-conferencing systems.
- Monitor and support file, print, web, and database server systems, including AD domain controllers.
- Support branch office and restaurant network/telecom hardware including routers, switches, CPE.
- Pickup and resolve Service Now Tickets - Incidents and Tasks.
- Identify and resolve issues with servers and end-user devices in a timely manner, minimizing impact to the business. Communicate with end users, providing timely updates on outstanding issues. Maintain ownership of all issues and requests until successfully completed.
- Support Store Infrastructure including MSP, Networking Gear and Circuits.
- Support Store iPadsCorporate iPhones and manage using MDM (Maas 360).
- Create, maintain, disable, reset, and delete user accounts and passwords. Manage RSA token assignment. Maintain and troubleshoot group policy objects. Manage O365 Environment.
- Ensure that users have continuous access to e-mail, intranet, the public Internet, and other crucial business applications.
- Maintain standard computer images for deployment, upgrade and replacement of systems using WDS.
- Ensure computer systems and end-user devices are current with critical updates and malware protection to maintain security, reliability, and supportability.
- Work within SCCM. Assist with Software Distribution and Patching.
- Establish and comply with formal change management procedures and update service tickets.
- Work closely with Information Security team to ensure systems are implemented and maintained in accordance with best practices and corporate policies. Assist with the annual activities required to validate PCI compliance as directed by IT Management and Information Security team
- Perform regular and emergency backup operations on system infrastructure. Manage backups with MSFT DPM. Restore data as needed.
- Keep Manager and other key personnel informed of assignment and system status via timely communication and weekly written status reports.
- Participate in On-Call Rotation. Weekends, holiday, and nighttime support will be required, as necessary.
- 4 years of experience as a system administrator or equivalent
- Office 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, SCC)
- Extensive experience with Active Directory
- Expertise with Windows, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory security and overall best practices
- In-depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networking technologies
- Microsoft Windows 10 desktop and laptop hardware, software, and OS experience
- Proficient with PowerShell and Scripting
- Imaging and WDS experience
- Strong knowledge with SCCM, Software Deployment, Distribution and Patching.
