Senior Software Engineer (Java/SpringBoot)

Job Description A prominent Software Company looking for a hands-on software engineer to lead to the team and deliver innovative solutions. You will report directly to the VP, Software Engineering Applications and Platform, and work closely with product management and platform delivery teams. Looking for someone capable and willing to operate at different levels of abstraction from strategy to implantation. They are looking for passionate people that will bring leadership to this role. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
• Web application development experience: Angular, React, and Node
• Java programming building services, such as Spring-Boot
• MogoDB, Cassandra, Elastic Search, MySQL
• Kafka, Flink, SPARK
• Experience with hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career planning

• Manage a team of Software Engineers
• Drive projects and provide technical leadership
• Overall planning
• Hire and mentor the best talent bringing out the best in every engineer
• Contribute technically to projects
