Lead Software Development Engineer in Test

After nearly a decade in business, one of the top healthcare staffing companies in the industry realized something others missed. The company places doctors, nurses, machine technicians, and other healthcare positions but when they looked at their own Application Tracking System and Vendor Management System (VMS), they found outdated technology and not specific to healthcare. If hired, you would be joining a software product division as their foundational hire for QA automation framework design. Much of the work is to support new product development, so you would also oversee test plan and case development and automating those cases (not only automating an existing suite). Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of QA Automation experience
• Hands-on experience with QA tools automation Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber
• Experience assisting developers in designing robust unit and integration test coverage
• Git and Jira
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines - Azure DevOps
• Experience with SaaS products
• Ability to collaborate & communicate with the development teams

• Shift Left methodologies
• Familiar with .NET/C# - environment worked in or used for development
• Prior work establishing QA automation frameworks from scratch and ability to select various tools and technologies
• Technical self-starter
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar

• Collab with engineering teams to design and document QA strategies
• Design and implement the automation strategy, data management strategy, and automation framework architecture
• Implement and evangelize quality at all stages of the SDLC
• Write automation scripts for both front and back-end tests
