Job DescriptionPlanning, monitoring, troubleshooting, implementation, maintenance and repair of computers, network, and telecom. Primary support resource for desktop, laptop and mobile devices for employees located at brand offices, in the field and at restaurants. Administers user accounts and passwords. Deployment of software applications and security updates. Support file and print servers. Support and maintain Corporate and Restaurant Network/Telecom equipment. Ensure all systems/devices are deployed in compliance with corporate security policies and that data is consistently backed up. Maintain documentation of system configuration and equipment inventory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deploy, manage, monitor, and support all end-user devices throughout the enterprise, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, scanners, printers, and video-conferencing systems.
  • Monitor and support file, print, web, and database server systems, including AD domain controllers.
  • Support branch office and restaurant network/telecom hardware including routers, switches, CPE, WIFI, and Ring Central Phone Systems.
  • Pickup and resolve Service Now Tickets - Incidents and Tasks. Ability to triple-task effectively.
  • Identify and resolve issues with servers and end-user devices in a timely manner, minimizing impact to the business. Communicate with end users, providing timely updates on outstanding issues. Maintain ownership of all issues and requests until successfully completed.
  • Support Store Infrastructure including MSP, Networking Gear and Circuits.
  • Support Store iPadsCorporate iPhones and manage using MDM (Maas 360).
  • Create, maintain, disable, reset, and delete user accounts and passwords. Manage RSA token assignment. Maintain and troubleshoot group policy objects. Manage O365 Environment.
  • Ensure that users have continuous access to e-mail, intranet, the public Internet, and other crucial business applications.
  • Maintain standard computer images for deployment, upgrade and replacement of systems using WDS.
  • Ensure computer systems and end-user devices are current with critical updates and malware protection to maintain security, reliability, and supportability.
  • Work within SCCM. Assist with Software Distribution and Patching.
  • Establish and comply with formal change management procedures and update service tickets.
  • Work closely with Information Security team to ensure systems are implemented and maintained in accordance with best practices and corporate policies. Assist with the annual activities required to validate PCI compliance as directed by IT Management and Information Security team.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company material and information.
  • Review processes, procedures, and technologies to improve quality, efficiency, and/or system reliability.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies; evaluate and report on new technologies and initiatives as directed by IT Management.
  • Perform regular and emergency backup operations on system infrastructure. Manage backups with MSFT DPM. Restore data as needed.
  • Keep Manager and other key personnel informed of assignment and system status via timely communication and weekly written status reports.
  • Participate in On-Call Rotation. Weekends, holiday, and nighttime support will be required, as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • MCSA: Windows Server 2012-2016 or MCSE: Infrastructure
  • MCSA: Windows 10, MSFT 365 Certified: Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Experience supporting users/systems in a distributed enterprise network.
  • In-depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networking technologies
  • Knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, SMTP, FTP, VOIP, SIP
  • System recovery, backup processes and disaster recovery planning. MSFT DPM Azure Backup
  • Implementing and supporting virtual server environments
  • Using Microsoft products for centralized management of logging, monitoring, policy changes and software deployments
  • Experience supporting Fortinet Firewalls and Enterprise Fortinet Products.
  • Experience supporting Cisco switching technologies
  • Expertise with Windows, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory security and overall best practices
  • Proficient with PowerShell and Scripting
  • Strong knowledge with SCCM, Software Deployment, Distribution and Patching.
  • Development, maintenance, and deployment of standard computer images with MSFT WDS-MDT.

  • Microsoft System Center 2012 Config Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Microsoft Windows 10 desktop and laptop hardware, software, and OS
  • Imaging and WDS
  • PowerShell and Scripting
  • Support, maintenance, and repair of Dell & HP laptops
  • Office 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, SCC)
  • Administration of VMs hosted via Windows Azure, Rackspace, Amazon, VMware ESX
  • ZoomMSFT Teams video-conferencing system, Ring Central Phone System
  • Aruba Wireless access points, controllers, and management software
