Job Details

We are looking for an experienced technical business analyst who will managed a team of 7, consisting of (Business Analyst and vendors). In this role you will be planning, directing, and coordinating all activities related to software. We are looking for an individual who is business minded as you will work with other leaders to evaluate business operations and implement technology or software solution that delivers strategic growth tomaximize IT investments. If you have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships, experience examining business processes, and a passion for understanding software systems this is the role for you.

Day to Day:

Design, Create, deploy, administer, maintain, and update the organization's software applications
Ensure consistent performance and reliability of the organization's software applications, while ensuring business

operations both technical and functional

Strong Leadership and communication with C-suite level
Ensure consistent performance and reliability of the organization's software applications, while ensuring business

Partner with end users and department leaders to continuously improve existing software and application development

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
Working knowledge of SDLC and managing ERP system teams/ consultants
5 years of Management/ Lead experience
7+ Hands on SQL Admin experience
7 + developing or reviewing code in a windows environment (preferably: VB, .NET)
Experience planning, organizing and managing a staff (IT Business Analysts, Vendors and their developers as well as ERP consultants
