The positions require the ability to design, develop & implement solutions to modernize the customer environment. This position also provides support for the customer hybrid cloud/on-prem compute environment under MSP contract. Assist in defining and implementing policies for cloud-based systems Build and maintain Hybrid cloud environment offerings that help the customer achieve transformational business outcomes. Consult with the customer to identify the impact of the new deployments on their network and identify what is required to ensure the network is architecture meets business service and availability requirements Advanced level troubleshooting of network related customer issues. On-call rotation as scheduled and must perform after-hours support Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines is essential at all times Network Implementation and Troubleshooting - Design, create and maintain connections between AWS and on-premises environments providing expert assistance to the customers in support of the configuration of customer network equipment. Assisting in the Resolution of properly escalated Customer Issues - Providing a second and third tier of expert support for networking issues. Actively managing and monitoring the performance of AWS network service Implementing VPC, NACL, Transit Gateway routing, DNS, Direct Connect and VPN services. Provision, configure and support various AWS services (e.g., VPC, VPNs, ELBs, security groups, route tables, subnets, NACLs) Implementation and Troubleshooting of, Multi-layer switches, ISR/ASR routers and wireless networks Implementation and Troubleshooting of, WAN Optimizers, Load Balancers, firewalls, DNS/DHCP and VPN Gateways

• Troubleshoot complex problems in enterprise IT Infrastructure/Private Cloud built on HCI technologies and resolve as per the SLA's.
• Maintaining Documentation Creating and maintaining SOPs/CMDBs/KEDBs/Run Books
• Work independently as well as ability to collaborate across teams in support of complex global engagements. Ability to collaborate with peers and across teams
