- A strong background in wireless communications, Layer 1/PHY and be well-versed with RF test instruments.
- Have a good understanding of 3G/4G/5G wireless technology, RF and networking
- Hands-on problem solver, and be able to propose processes, methodologies and procedures to continuously improve quality.
- Ability to program and develop scripts for automating tests will be helpful.
- Should be able to put together and operate test setups with DUTs, signal generators, analyzers, signaling testers, power meters, channel emulators, scopes, network analyzers and other accessories.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and those involved in interoperability, system, conformance, certification and field tests.
- Should be able to execute with minimal supervision.
- Requires a Bachelor in EE or Computer Science or equivalent and 5+ years of wireless industry experience.
