Position is remote till end of 2021 and could extend till Mid of 2022, client expects someone to join onsite once COVID situation improves

Job Description:The Solution Architect will be able to work directly with our business and technology teams to further the Crew Mobility Agenda and enable our future Mobile First strategy in meeting our Crew where they are. They will also be able to provide thought leadership in our future Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) mobile experience in delivering fit for purpose applications to support our Pilots and Flight Attendants. Enable our Mobility Agenda to provide on the go mobile solutions to our Flight Attendants and Pilots

Technical Key Skills:

iOS and Android Development, Java, Microservices, GitOps, Gitlab, Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Required Skills:

The successful candidate must have the following skillsets:

Have experience in working in an Agile environment
Have experience in architecting web based and micro service based applications
Have 10+ years of experience developing, and delivering iOS and Android native applications
Have 5+ years of experience in establishing mobile development pipelines using Gitlab and following GitOps practices
Have 3+ years of experience developing solution architectures that are targeted for the AWS Cloud environment

The successful candidate should have the following skillsets:

Have previous experience in working in a SAFe development model specifically managing at the SAFe program tier
Have experience in developing Event Driven Architectures using an Kafka based Streaming Platform
AWS Solution Architect Associate Level Certificate
