We are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Technical Product Manager Job Responsibilities:• Owns the working backwards documents for feature releases• Makes use of research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product• Compares features for competitive review to inform prioritization within a platform product release• Identifies innovations or performs "test and learn" experiments to create features that add more business and customer value for a platform product• Participates with the business in customer research to inform platform product feature needs• Contributes near-term input (quarterly) for the platform product portfolio and roadmap• Makes trade-off decisions on platform product features• Exhibits expertise within platform feature area and coordinates with interdependent teams• Develops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow product• Sets the direction for the platform design of assigned products• Determines release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large product, prioritizes features according to business and platform product, and adjusts throughout the implementation as needed• Continuously monitors feature development through a bug catalog at the platform product level• Reviews the product demo with the development team against the acceptance criteria for product• Prepares platform product documentation, ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams• Creates and monitors KPIs for assigned product features• For any issues, assesses the alternatives to resolve ("path to green") and builds a plan for resolution• Executes the platform GTM plan, monitors the effect of the plan and reports on it• Owns and delivers on post-launch reviews and customer feedback, drives the associated actions, and incorporates feedback into the future launch plans• Develops strategic business and customer engagement plan and drives its execution• Cultivates relationships with key industry thought leaders to increase platform product success in the market segment• Leads operational platform product strategy across an entire portfolio and works with other platform product teams to ensure strategies are aligned• Represents the team in executive operational reviews and drives follow-through on issues identified• Develops strategies to launch platform products into new market segments, particularly where significant modifications are expected• Helps leadership craft responses for escalations of customer / business facing product issues• Identifies new controls and leverage points to accelerate growth

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a business or related field is required

3+ years of Financial Services Industry experience

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio

Flexibility to travel 50% + as COVID 19 restrictions are lifted
