This Sr. Business Architect will be responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions onboarding and offboarding. This includes responsibility for implementation of billing, invoicing, and financial systems. Client needs a highly driven person with experience implementing ERP, CRM, and EDW solutions. This position will be accountable for the success of analysis, architecture and delivery of all projects, programs, or portfolios under their supervision. They plan, execute, and implement solutions to deliver intended business outcomes, ideally on time, on budget, and within scope according to business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of these projects, the SBA is responsible for making appropriate tradeoffs with project teams to mitigate any issues or risks. Duties:Senior Business Architect

Develop communication plans and interfaces to actively engage business partners.
Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria.
Team leadership and executive communication
Strategic planning and priority negotiations
Systems architecture and integrations design are required
Ability to work in a face paced and dynamic work environment.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in briefing stakeholders on assigned initiatives.
Process improvement and optimization
Cost reduction and negotiation
Provide accurate forecasts of performance to relevant business stakeholders.
Communicate project and program progress to key constituents.
Provide a comprehensive review and analysis of the end-to-end Order to Cash process; provide and implement recommended process changes.
M&A Due Diligence and document Enterprise Architecture on ERP systems like NetSuite, Oracle and others.

Project and Program Delivery

Focus on predictable execution of product development projects
Collaborate with other product teams, IT and subject matter experts to drive delivery of projects
Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered.
Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, and work with team members to oversee all phases of project completion.
Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage scope to ensure agreed time, cost, and quality parameters are met.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Information Science, Business Management, or similar field preferred
PMP certification preferred
Experience with both enterprise software and infrastructure implementations preferred
Minimum of 8 years experience in an IT Business Architecture role; may come from one of several backgrounds in IT management, business unit management or consulting
Ability to travel as required by project <10% nationwide
