Data Protection Analyst

Job DescriptionUnder the general direction of Manager Data Protection, the Data Protection Analyst will be responsible of the following:

• Collaborating with business unit leaders to ensure, ISO team members and operations personnel to promote open communication between teams and during meetings
• Support deployment, upgrades and management of data security solutions including data classification, data loss prevention, masking, encryption, CASB and other data security controls
• Assist with building and updating security policies, standards and controls in security tools that are focused on addressing the need for secure handling of sensitive data
• Support implementation of written policies, procedures and standards of conduct regarding data security and governance
• Guide Incident Response Plan activities including handling data protection activities
• Support Client Architectural Review Board and Solutions Review Board (SRB) to ensure the protection of Client’s data assets

• 4+ years of experience in an Information Technology Management profession within large, complex global organizations
• Good to have information Security certification such as Cloud Security (Azure Security), Security Professional (CISSP), Security Management (CISM) and/or equivalent business experience in a matrix Organization required.
• 4+ years of experience working with Information Security
• Ability to communicate and work across many disciplines, including C-level executives, external clients, technologists, developers, and non-technical business users
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
