Project Manager

Responsible for bringing products to end users in an engaging, functional way, while collaborating with other Banks and Business Lines. The Product Delivery Manager will work creatively and pragmatically to conserve resources and engage the product line`s potential audience. Knowledge of key demographics and an innovative perspective on software products are important in this role. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Working Conditions/Essential Functions Working Conditions: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; hours may vary due to assignments; attendance; some travel may be required Essential Functions: General office working environment Job Function and Discipline Project/Program Management - Product Development Project/Program Management Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products that are ready for customer use. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. May be responsible for feasibility studies and field trials management. Minimum Requirements Minimum education required of the position: Bachelor`s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field Minimum experience required of the position: 3+ years software product delivery management experience in a supervisory capacity Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position: Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products. Excellent communication skills Excellent teamwork skills Knowledge of the software market Bachelor`s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team
