Requirements:

3-5+ years of IT experience
3-5+ years of experience with Windows Server platform
3-5 years of experience with Office 365
3-5 years of experience with Storage Infrastructure (EqualLogic, NetApp, Compellent, etc.)
3-5 years of experience with virtual environments required. Knowledge of VMware preferred
3-5 years of experience with network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points
3-5 years of experience with scripting with PowerShell or other automation forms.
3-5 years of experience preferred with Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS preferred, Azure acceptable)
3+ years of experience with VoIP (RingCentral or other UCaaS providers)
3+ years of experience administrating Linux/UNIX variants
Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

Responsible for management, maintenance, documentation and architecture of storage, virtualization, physical servers and network devices
Complete configuration, installation and support of various hardware equipment, operating systems and software.
Identify and resolve issues as they arise such as hardware failure, data corruption, network latency/routing issues, power and natural disaster situations
Develop and maintain an extensive working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends
Explore new technologies and choose appropriate solutions that are scalable and robust
Work within strict time frames and escalate incidents as appropriate
Test all changes to networks, hardware, software, and hosted applications
Work with various vendors and service providers to ensure operation of production environment
Professionally represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects
Create change control requests and root cause analysis documentation and ensure adherence to those processes
Participate in the on-call escalation rotation. To meet business needs, some evenings or weekends may be required.

Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures
Familiar with hosted environments including infrastructure networks, hardware, software and telecommunications
Experience with incident ticketing systems, workstation management systems and desktop imaging
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, IIS and SQL Server administration
Familiar with scripting languages such as PowerShell, bash, PHP, Perl or python
Experience with OS-agnostic web services and databases such as Apache, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB and Postgres
Able to gather relevant information systematically to troubleshoot and resolve issues
High attention to detail, testing and documentation
Familiar with network performance/traffic monitoring (i.e. Zabbix, Nagios, LogicMonitor, PRTG, etc.)
Good understanding of LAN/WAN environments and configuration
Superior diagnostic troubleshooting, analytical problem solving and decision making skills
Strong virtualization environment and configuration experience
Ability to travel to other client offices and project sites nationwide. (Up to 30%)
