Procurement and Logistics Manager

We are a rapidly-growing food manufacturer looking for a talented operations professional to join our team. The Procurement and Logistics Manager will report directly to the owner of the company, and oversee daily procurement, logistics, production scheduling, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. Here is a detailed list of responsibilities:

- Manage inventory of ingredients, packaging, and raw materials

- Procure materials to support planned production

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of ordered raw materials

- Support production scheduling across 4 different production lines

- Interact with customers as needed to coordinate supply chain matters

- Oversee shipping and receiving

We are mostly looking for a team player who is up for a challenge and wants to be a key part of a small team. But here is a list of more specific requirements for a successful candidate:

- 3-5 years in manufacturing required, preferably food and/or beverage manufacturing

- 3-5 years experience in relevant disciplines, including supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory manage, etc.

- Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Office and ERP software

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment

- Can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills

- High integrity and desire to always do the right thing
