• Job Duties:

  • Complete data entry into various membership systems in order to create various types of new memberships, add associates/products, cancel products or membership and update contact information.
  • Operate remittance equipment such as OPEX Eagle and Falcon Reds including system capture of account and payment information for all mail types, validating check data to ensure negotiability and billings for policy cancel status
  • Analyze incoming membership documents for accuracy and completeness and determine appropriate resolution
  • Process one-time and recurring credit card payments including set up of AAA Auto Pay forms.
  • Perform equipment maintenance on hardware including replacement of tapes, belts, ink reservoirs and vacuum cleaning.
  • Achieve stated individual, team and department goals.
  • Occasionally, can operate printing machine

• Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of Membership experience preferred
  • 1 year minimum customer service OR payment processing/lockbox operation experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred
  • Professional communication skills required; both written and oral
  • 10-key by touch required
  • Mechanically inclined preferred
  • General organizational and time management skills required
