As part of the Program Planning family, you will support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans. Our Program Planners are trusted partners and strategic advisors for our internal and external customers.

This position is located at our Grand Prairie, TX location, with the possibility of relocation assistance.

As a Senior Integrated Program Planner, your duties may include:-Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)-Tracking progress of program activities against baseline internal plans, and ensuring schedule margin to contract dates is achieved or maintained-Maintaining schedules, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for resolutions along with network logic validation/deconfliction-Supporting and participating in negotiations with customer and internal stakeholders-Proposal submittal and execution schedule development through preparation and assessment of progress against established plans and parameters-Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements-Maintaining cost and schedule integration throughout program lifecycle-Implementing and monitoring Earned Value Management System on programs

#mfcvets#MFC22Basic Qualifications:-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications -Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities-Experiences with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.-Experiences delivering leadership project briefings-Experiences with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management-Bachelor's degreeDesired Skills:-6 years or more of experience in planning or program management related discipline-Must be able to obtain a DoD clearance-Proficiency in Network scheduling tool (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc)-Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance -Production / Sustainment / Depot Operations-Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development -Proposal development and submittal-Integrated Master Plan (IMP) creation and integration-Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA-Experience with the Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools-Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
