RANCH HAND Immediate Opening

Victory Ranch is a family-owned, high fence game ranch. We are currently seeking a hardworking, reliable Ranch Hand to join our team and assist with day-to-day operations.

Job Description:

As a Ranch Hand, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the ranch’s facilities and ensuring the well-being of our ranch. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic, a love for animals, and a willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Your duties will include:

Feeding, watering, and caring for animals

Operating and maintaining ranch equipment (e.g., tractors, ATVs, fencing tools)

Repairing and maintaining fences, barns, and other ranch structures

Assisting with planting, irrigation, and other agricultural tasks

General upkeep of the ranch property

Requirements:

Previous experience working on a ranch or farm preferred but not required

Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely

Physical strength and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks

Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Ability to drive ranch vehicles

Strong teamwork and communication skills
