Established Round Rock apartment community seeks a HVAC certified Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Duties:

Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner

Assists in general maintenance and upkeep of common areas, pools, etc.

Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor

Perform on-call duties (per rotation schedule)

HVAC certification is required
