Job Type: W2 Contract Location: REMOTE Should be open to possible 80% travel to client sites

Please review key responsibilities and if you meet essential requirements send resume in Word format to Pleas note, this is not a ServiceNow Admin, or pure Developer role Key Responsibilities Provide consultative leadership on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance Interpret customer needs, presents design concepts, and effectively communicate with project teams Leads pre-sales activities as ServiceNow ecosystem subject matter expert to propose innovative solutions aligned to desired customer outcomes. Defines and authors deliverables. Delivers projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements. Supervise staff and plan/assign work on project engagements involving multiple workstreams. Leads project quality assurance activities, including technical QA reviews. Possible on-site travel for client engagement (up to 80%) Essential Requirements At least 5 years relevant experience delivering large scale ServiceNow engagements or complex IT engagements performing in a similar capacity Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (current) Be an experienced ServiceNow technical development consultant with knowledge in core platform functionality and one or more of the following products (ITSM/CSM, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM) Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing and with conference-level presentation skills a plus, delivery to c-level Self-motivation with ability to work in a virtual environment is a must Collaborative working style with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client service Experience in utilizing REST APIs within ServiceNow to connect to external tools A degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment Desirable Requirements A talent for identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies Analytical thinker and able to communicate and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions Creative, out of the box thinker Certifications: ServiceNow Application Developer
