  • Performs highly- advanced consultative services and analytical work.
  • Evaluates business needs, analyzes processes and ensures system documentation reflects current state.
  • Identifies problems and proposes innovative solutions.
  • Provides system expertise and functional support.
  • Assists with agency Onboarding activities that includes, but is not limited to, the confirmation of functional configuration set-up and prototyping methodology.
  • Communicates complex concepts clearly, accurately, and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Works with CAPPS technical and functional resources effectively.
  • Oversees and/or participates in project management, coordination, planning, and scheduling.
  • Oversees and/or participates in developing test scenarios and scripts, system testing, and documenting testing results.
  • Oversees and/or participates in providing presentations, training, or end-user workshops.
  • Provides functional expertise for one (1) or more of the following PeopleSoft FSCM modules in a highly customized complex environment:
    • FSCM 9.2 General Ledger/Commitment Control;
    • FSCM 9.2 Accounts Payable;
    • FSCM 9.2 Purchasing /eProcurement;
    • FSCM 9.2 Asset Management
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience8Experience performing project management activities for ERP related systems8Experience coordinating implementation tasks between multiple teams on large, complex ERP projects;8Experience process or systems analysis and design work for ERP related systems;8Experience developing functional specifications for large projects;8Experience performing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation;8Experience with two (2) or more of the following PeopleSoft FSCM modules:· FSCM 9.x General Ledger/Commitment Control;· FSCM 9.x Accounts Payable;· FSCM 9.x Purchasing /eProcurement;· FSCM 9.x Asset Management;· FSCM 9.x Portal. Prior Exp working with CAPPS/Texas State clients
