Window installation helper

Need a new addition to window crew.

Experience preferred

Must be in decent physical shape.

Must have your own reliable transportation.

Must know how to caulk.

Must be hard- working and competent.

Must take pride in your work and pay attention to detail

Don't care about criminal background.

No tweakers/ heavy drug users

We meet at the shop every morning at 700 to unload trash and load up the days job, then we drive to the job. Most jobs are in the Austin area but can be as far north as Killeen and as far south as New Braunfels. We do not leave until the job is done, unless it is a 2 day job. Sometimes, the job can run late, but if it does I typically give bonuses.

Starting pay is $150 a day, at the end of the first week I will reevaluate that number based on performance.
