Installation Assistant

Due to continued growth, Closets by Design is immediately hiring for its Installer Development Program. The program is designed to quickly develop an untrained individual into a successful lead installer. This position will work with a Lead Installer and learn the installation process of products in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer.

Requirements:

Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record.

Experience with small hand tools is ideal.

Basic math skills.

Good communication skills.

Good entry level pay, with quick promotion to commission. Our installers make hourly plus bonus and earn over $50,000 annually.
