Line Cook for Food Truck @ Copper Top Tavern

We are searching for an experienced part time (two days/week) line cook for our food truck. We are a kind, family oriented bar with a great regular customer base. The truck itself is open from 3pm to 10pm. Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to running the food truck solo, opening and closing the truck, prepping items needed to be open for service, following all recipes and standards, and cleanliness is a must We are looking for someone to add to our team!
