Job Description:

As a Craft Pizza Chef at Suds Monkey Brewery & Pizza Kitchen, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional culinary experience to our customers, crafting delicious pizzas using our fresh ingredients and homemade dough and sauce. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and hand-stretch fresh dough to create the perfect pizza crusts.

Craft homemade sauces and select premium ingredients to ensure exceptional flavor profiles.

Expertly assemble and bake pizzas in our traditional conveyor pizza oven.

Assist in developing new pizza recipes and sandwiches, contributing ideas and expertise to our menu offerings.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Uphold our commitment to quality and consistency by adhering to recipe standards and portion control.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a pizza chef or similar role, with a strong understanding of pizza-making techniques and principles.

Knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking methods.

Ability to create and execute delicious pizza recipes from scratch, using fresh ingredients.

Passion for food and dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Current Food Handlers Certification.
