We are looking for motivated individuals who love to create positive guest experiences at events! As a member of the Event Staff, you would be responsible for anticipating and providing immediate attention to guests during various events such as weddings, concerts, galas, and many more. We have events happening throughout the fall, andan upcoming event on Saturday, October 30th, with additional job opportunities possible beyond! Job Duties: Event work can vary from setup, passing, bussing coat check, bartending, and working with event planners. Provide excellent guest service while working Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance Serve plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers and other needs Run food from the kitchen to the banquet hall on demand Maintain venue cleanliness and be attentive to the requests of the onsite venue manager Be able to lift 25 lbs Positively communicate with the event manager, other staff and event organizers Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in banquets/catering preferred Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to organize your time and schedule About us: Cutting Edge Elite is a new breed of event staffing agency with elite squads of highly trained teams.
