Job Description

Location: Remote roles open for candidates in Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a temp position, filling in for maternity leave.
  • Defines process optimization/automation opportunities.
  • Oversee process improvement of marketing operational processes to measure operational performance, investment efficacy and identify opportunities for efficiencies / automation.
  • Own MAP Program Templates, Email Templates, LP Templates, Reporting Structures, and Program build and tracking standards.
  • Manages design and maintenance of lead management processes and workflows.
  • Identifies efficiencies, where possible, to automate the execution of small and regular/repeated marketing activities.
  • Lead the process enablement of agile ways of working and operating rhythms.
  • Manage and maintain governance processes relating to appropriate certification(s) held by personnel and partner.
  • Develop plan and manage the projects for process design of marketing processes.
  • Provide expertise and consultation to Process Engineers in process re-engineering efforts.
  • Manage the analysis business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business processes and workflow.
  • Review and approve plan/proposals for delivery of the process improvement recommendations produced by Process Engineers.
  • Lead the process enablement of agile ways of working and operating rhythms.
  • Develops and maintains performance metrics to establish process success. Reviews data post- implementation to measure outcomes and impacts. May develop recommendations to minimize impacts.
  • Define an approach and plan where/how to automate the intake and prioritization process.
  • Lead Process Engineers to develop best in class marketing processes.
  • In partnership with digital leaders and other internal constituents, build out a rules- based engine for communications designed to maximize overall client experience.
  • Lead the enhancements of MRM tool to automate workflow across marketing and agency partners.
  • · Deploy intake and prioritization process across Marketing

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Well-versed in project management frameworks and tools (e.g., RACI, project charters, project plans, Agile Delivery)
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing technologies, especially Marketo, MRM, CMS, DAM and BI
  • Lean Process Improvement (LPI): conducting and implementing

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Technical acumen and understanding of leading marketing tools, platforms and Agile ways of working
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Cross-functional and multi-phased project management skills

Competencies:

  • Detailed oriented & master orchestrator
  • Collaborative leader who’s not afraid to cross-siloes and work together to achieve common goals
  • Ability to translate business objectives into operational requirements
