For more information, visit www.gf.com. Summary of Role: The GlobalFoundries Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization is seeking an experienced Business Transformation and Change Management Lead. This person will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change throughout GSC and with key stakeholders. They will be a champion for change, ensuring that initiatives are effectively planned, communicated, and executed across the organization. Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and senior leaders across the Global Supply Chain organization
Act as a change champion, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability
Define key messages, target audiences and appropriate communication channels within the organization and beyond
Communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear, concise manner, in written, visual and verbal forms
Solve complex cross-functional priorities; translate high-level ideas into actionable plans and key messages for team members and stakeholders
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure smooth transitions and effective adoption of new processes and systems.
Handles sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Other Responsibilities:Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, change management or a related field
4-6 years of relevant experience in professional environments
Excellent communication skills (written, visual and verbal), with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences/channels.
Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proven experience with leading change management efforts for large-scale business or technology (preferred) transformations
Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms for effective dissemination of information
Demonstrated ability to handle complex and sensitive communication situations with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design and examples of effective PowerPoint presentations, infographics, etc
Experience in semiconductor or high-tech industry.
Soft Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, project managers, and other stakeholders
High level of emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with the concerns and perspectives of colleagues impacted by changes
Ability to be resilient and flexible during changing circumstances and shifting priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and is people oriented, trusted, and transparent.
