Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for Apple Store Online customers across all of our digital platforms. In this role you will reinvent the online shopping experience for the small to medium sized business audience. You will partner with a wide variety of cross-functional teams across Apple, including the SMB commercial team, Retail Stores team, SMB product marketing, Digital Merchandising, Marketing, and product teams. You will lead defining the digital customer journey and content strategy for the SMB segment store and develop merchandising plans ongoing to help drive growth for the SMB segment.DescriptionThis role will create a global digital experience strategy and execution plan for the Apple Store Online for Small to Medium businesses. Core responsibilities include leading the business and creative brief for the SMB online store redesign and developing new content experiences. Define the SMB customer journey, content strategy, and merchandising plans. Work closely with the segments commercial team to develop and implement the SMB Apple digital shopping destination(s) and the go-to-market strategy. Partner with digital merchandising stakeholders on SMB content, product offerings, and merchandising plans. Develop creative briefs for SMB merchandising experiences, content, and assets. Partner with the analytics teams to develop SMB digital store dashboards, reporting, and analysis. Develop performance and merchandising optimization plans and recommendations for the SMB digital storefront.Minimum Qualifications
5-8 years experience in digital merchandising, marketing, customer experience, digital commerce, or equivalent experience
Knowledgeable of B2B customer needs and preferences
Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to create innovative customer experiences.
Key QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
3+ years experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, or e-commerce strategy for the SMB audience.
Experience enhancing digital merchandising performance through data-driven insights.
Outstanding cross-functional team working skills with an ability to collaborate closely with other teams and gain alignment.
Experience working on complex, global, large-scale, time-critical projects.
Ability to analyze data, and present findings through storytelling.
Strong project management skills
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
