How you'll make a difference

Develop, present, and demonstrate solutions to prospective customers tailored to specific customer requirements. Your goal will be to highlight the value that the Connectiv or TMS solution provides, with emphasis on key differentiators.

You will present to both technical and non-technical audiences, and with various levels of detail for those audiences.

Conduct customer trials and proof of concepts.

Work with new and strategic customers to ensure success.

Help to identify market and product requirements based on field experience and market trends.

Partner with Accruent Account Executives by providing the necessary support to compete effectively in the marketplace by assessing requirements and uncovering essential customer needs.

Provide technical and domain expertise for Accruent proposals, security questionnaires, and other sales documents.

Act as an integral member of the sales team contributing to the formulation of strategies and technical approaches, including planning for presales campaigns.

Learn and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the sales cycle.

Provide product and domain training to sales executives and other team members.

What you'll bring to the table :

Effective presentation and written communication skills for a variety of roles within our customers, including C-Level officers, operating unit VPs, technical evaluators, IT consultants, users, and others.

Creativity and analytical skills to develop effective stories and use cases that demonstrate the value of our products.

Curiosity to enable you to develop product and domain expertise and to identify and understand customer needs and expectations.

The desire to continually learn to improve your performance.

Familiarity with, understanding of, and experience with variety of software applications, particularly SaaS software.

Ability to manage projects to deliver quality results, on time, and without close supervision.

Ability to collaborate with, and lead, teams consisting of diverse skills and personalities.

Desired skills / experience : B.S. degree.Experience in the Healthcare industry, especially with technology or facility management.

Experience with the Service Now platform.Experience in a technical pre-sales, support, account management, or similar role.

Experience with and understanding of complex sales cycles.

Please Note :

This job does require up to 30% travel domestically.

This is a full-time, exempt opportunity.
