Business Analyst - IAM

HHSC IT Operations is seeking one skilled Business Analyst who meets the qualifications identified below for a project to assist the Enterprise Identity and Access Management team in successfully completing the tasks necessary to deploy the infrastructure and create the operational framework to support the deployment of access management-related initiatives.The desired candidate should have demonstrable experience and is knowledgeable in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements from disparate user groups including technical and non-technical staff. The Business Analyst must be able to operate with minimal direction to support the entire project management and technical team and may be required to: prepare project management artifacts; create, support and make presentations; organize and document meetings and stakeholder interviews; review documentation for completeness; and participate in testing and training activities. Experience with creating operational procedures for IT and non-IT staff is required.
