Job Description: Service Desk

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 6 month contract (with a very strong chance to extend or go full time)

What You'll Do:
  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • 2+ years' experience IT Admin or computer engineering work
  • Experience with VMware View, SCCM, and Windows OS
  • Advanced troubleshooting, multi-tasking skills, Over the phone and in person technical support
  • Strong client-facing, customer service, and communication ( phone, email, in person)
