We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Support Manager who will have the opportunity to oversee a field support vendor and its activities. This vendor is responsible for evaluating and resolving technical failures, bugs, systemic problems, and hardware issues. Technicians consider site-specific information such as hardware, operating system, and user requirements to appropriately resolve problems. install applications and hardware, and replace parts and/or equipment. Field Service Technician common tasks include: troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing product and service concerns; contributing to and using knowledge base; communicating ongoing problems and fixes internally and with customers; reporting on product and service problems; and guiding/training customers on product features, product selection and configuration and implementation.

Required Experience:8+ Years Providing operational oversight and process improvements for Field Services Programs. Acts asprimary liaison between the Field Service Support vendor and Agency8+ Years Working with field services and desktop engineering teams to provide day to day troubleshootingand support8+ Years Working with service providers to drive operational excellence5 Working and leading service desk operations5 Implementing process improvements for Field Service operations5 Developing strategy of Field Service support programs5 Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships within and across the agency5 Making recommendations for Agency strategy associated with software technology planning,development and implementation3 Contributing to an inclusive environment that values differences by building and maintainingcollaborative relationships with team members, peers, and Agency leaders. Preferred Skills:4 ITIL foundation certification or training2 Previous experience with a government agency2 Experience using ticketing management application
