  • Conduct administrative duties
  • Define and enforce office procedures
  • Create and maintain a pleasant work environment
  • Ensure high levels of communication.
On a daily basis, you will
  • Manage, coordinate and plan essential services such as security, maintenance, mail, incoming parcels, cleaning, parking, waste disposal and recycling
  • Welcome visitors & answer the phone
  • Supervise and control the work of contractors such as cleaning companies, etc.
  • Manage good relationship with landlord and facility management company
  • Purchase office supplies - maintain proper stock levels
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new joiners
Secondary tasks
  • Support team in the organization of various external events such as meetings, travel plans, etc
  • Support team in dealing with worldwide company purchases & expenses process
  • Support other team members during leave & holidays
The skills you will demonstrate
  • Between 2 & 5 years of experience in hospitality, facility or office management
  • Strong communications and listening skills (receiving and giving feedback as well as sharing knowledge)
  • Open-minded and willing to work in a team-based environment
  • Proactive, service & solution-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, organized & attentive to details
  • Flexible, easy-going & calm
  • Proficient in English written and spoken
