The Operations & Enablement team is a key business partner that is focused on enabling and driving change within the Global Business Group (GBG) frontline sales and sales management teams. This person serves as a key partner to the broader Operations & Enablement team. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. Success in this position requires a proven ability in operational excellence with strong project management and communication skills, an ability to influence others, an outstanding track record for driving results, and foundational understanding of sales processes and tools.RESPONSIBILITIES•Coordinate with project team for the flawless execution of projects and sales enablement initiatives Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope Align on project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize project progress Share regular progress reports with key stakeholders Manage changes to the project scope and timelines, including aligning and communicating changes with key stakeholders Measure project performance Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with project teams Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS•High attention to detail and rigor, can-do attitude, and desire to learn Strong project management ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, be a true team-player and effectively time-manage and prioritize under pressure.•Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to details Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPTPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS•Experience solving business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving Basic knowledge of SQL and TableauLOCATION PREFERENCEAustin, TX or New York City, NY
