DevOps Engineer for our direct client. Below is the job description for the position.

Position Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Austin, TX

Required Skills:

3 years exp- Strong background in application design and development in multi-tiered environment. Can understand the application architecture, interfaces between various systems, performance implications to be able to implement a proper DevOps environment that can be scaled.
3 years exp- Requires a minimum of 10+ years of equal experience and responsibilities in delivering enterprise-class, mission-critical, commercial, and scalable products, with at least 5 in which you lead the effort as a hands-on DevOps engineer
3 years exp- Experience with implementing build processes across multiple development teams using a range of heterogeneous, open source and proprietary technologies
3 years exp- Experience in AWS, GCP and/or other cloud technologies. Certification preferred.
3 years exp- Experience with OpenShift, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, Kafka, Checkmarx, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, Nexus, cloud fabrics, Pivotal, Kubernetes, Docker, Vault
3 years exp- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
3 years exp- Experience developing in an agile environment with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc
3 years exp- DevSecOps experience integrating with security tools.
3 years exp- Performance monitoring (Splunk and AppDynamics)

Preferred:

1 years exp- Experience programming in Java, puppet (or chef),
1 years exp- AWS and/or DevOps related certifications.
