UI/UX Engineer

UI/UX Engineer W2 Canidates Only Wallet & Payments Commerce Engineering team is looking for an outstanding UI/UXEngineer to join our team and help improve user experience and user interface ofperformance tools. This is a highly technical hands-on role which requires in-depthtechnical understanding of software and ability to take a holistic view of complexsystems. We are looking for a candidate who is self-driven, independently troubleshoottechnical issues, and work with teams of developers and test engineers who take pridein building elegant solutions. Qualifications 5+ years of strong programming experience using JavaScript 2+ years professional experience with JS frameworks like react, angular, node. Proficient with front-end languages including HTML and CSS. 2+ years working in an Agile software development environment. 2+ years of experience working on charting libraries like highcharts, d3.js Solid experience creating prototypes using tools like sketch, Invision Studio,etc., Preferred experience with visualizing high velocity stream of time series data Professional experience with Maven, SVN and GIT. Experience in Java programming is a bonus Familiarity with databases Responsibilities Code reviews, debugging, and programming in JavaScript Meet with product team, understand the feature requirement and designprototypes Plan sprints and ensure timely delivery of features Follow industry standard practices in implementation (no anti patterns, gooddocumentation) Collaborate with backend dev team and design clear data interfaces Define API interfaces using swagger or openAPI Communicate status and risks to cross functional teams; offer mitigationstrategies.
