Accounting Manager

At E78 Partners, we assist our clients in finding just the right candidates to fit their needs! They are currently seeking an Accounting Manager to own the accounting process within the organization and will include the following: accounting, financial reporting, P&L management, and other responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Own the accounting operations and P&L, including monthly close
• Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyze financial data/statements to make decisions and improve profitability
• Manage billing, A/R, A/P, and GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition
• Supervise the sales tax accounting, previous experience with Avalara is a plus
• Coordinate annual and quarterly tax filings alongside the tax accountants
• Research future technical accounting issues for compliance

• 7 plus years of experience in accounting and finance, with CPA certification
• Experience in managing accounting for an organization of $10M+
• Experience in leading teams but loves to be hands-on (Quickbooks environment)

• Prior experience in a services, SaaS or e-commerce business is a plus
