Texas Health Arlington Memorial seeks to hire a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to work full time, 3 – 12 hour shifts per week in the Emergency Department.This opportunity will be working at our Dallas Hospital campus located at 8200 Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas, TX 75231.The work schedule for this opportunity will be evening shift, 11a (1100) to 11p (2300) and includes rotating weekends and holidays.The salary range for this opportunity is from 13.19 to a maximum of 19.83 based on relevant experience as listed on your resume.At Texas Health we are dedicated to finding people to help us fulfill our commitment to make health care human again. Collects patient data, identifies and reports significant findings to nurse.? Assists in admission/transfer/discharge.? Provides and Revises patient activities of daily living based on patient/family preferences.? Performs technical procedures safely and proficiently.? Takes action to reduce or eliminate patient risk.? Enters orders into computer or manual system if applicable.? Documents accurately and appropriately.? In collaboration/consultation with the nurse, adapts care to reflect patient population.? In collaboration/consultation with nurse, incorporates cultural/religious needs and beliefs into delivery of care.? Keeps patient environment clean and maintains safe environment.?
