LF Personal Trainer

LF a personal trainer to help me get back lean and then make gains. My goal is to lift and carry 250 lbs for atleast a mile. Weird goal, I know. I weight 170 lbs, female, I'm not looking to be skinny minny, break me in half. I want to be sturdy, in shape, and able to lift and carry a full grown man to safety.
