Title order fulfilment Specialist Location: Allen, TX Temp to Hire 6 Month Contract with possible extensions. Top Skills: Order management experience Great written communication - Will communicate mostly many emails Systems Salesforce Desired skills: Google suite exp is a plus Systems/Process: Great plains accounting software they will use frequently Order creations: CRM ? salesforce ? PO creation Change Orders: salesforce ? PO creation No face to face customer interaction now b/c they are busy, but they have face to face interact with Sales teams Ensure all orders are accurately processed into Order Entry system and follow through from order booking stage to order closure. Coordinate all orders with various departments such as Finance, IT, Planning, Engineering, Data Processing, Shipping and Logistics Team in resolving related issues to meet customer requested ship date/ delivery date (CRSD/ CRDD). Provides Order support to a team of sales (inside/outside) representatives. Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned group. Tracks data and creates reports regarding market conditions, sales results, team earnings, etc. May be responsible for lead and order management activities for specified area of sales group (separated by account size or geographic territory). Takes orders on self-qualified leads when appropriate. Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
